About the Item
The Livingstone tub chair is the perfect companion to the Livingstone sofa. With its balanced proportions, it is one of those objects whose beauty never fades. Its steel frame perfectly matches both leather and fabric upholstery. Fully removable covers.
The designer Giuseppe Viganò is dedicated to the industrial design of furniture products and to the artistic direction of companies in the sector. He also provides graphic consulting for the production of catalogues, getting directly involved in the photography, page layout, communication and advertising pages. He designs trade fair layouts and permanent furniture shops or temporary areas for specific events and personally intervenes by indicating the choice of products and scenery design. In 2007 he started working with Saba Italia by endorsing several projects which embraced the whole company’s identity, he then became the artistic manager of the Company.
Structure: In black painted steel; the seat is sprung with elastic straps reinforced with polypropylene; the steel armrests are padded with polyurethane foam (75IP and 30P) and covered in white velveteen backed with polyurethane foam; the back is in multi-layered wood, covered in Velfodera backed with pressed polyester 300 gr/sqm.
Feet: In specially shaped steel, glossy chrome or black nichel finish
Padding: The backrest cushions are padded with washed and sterilized goose down, divided into sections and covered in white 100% cotton fabric. The seat cushions are made of polyurethane foam core 40IM and memory foam, covered with velfodera on a polyester fiber 280 gr/sqm. The feathers in the back cushions are mixed with polyester fiber.
