A fine example of a Louis XVI style porter’s or hood chair with carved giltwood frame, tufted gray foliate upholstery, supported by four tapered carved gilt legs. Very good overall condition, with some gilt losses, and minor imperfections and wear commensurate with age and use. Freshly reupholstered. Dimensions: Approximately 54 in H x 28 in W x 31 in D, with a seat height of 17 in H. Ref: 8
