A very good looking well made and decorative armchair, ideally suited as a reading armchair as its so comfortable, it has a mixture of leather and kilim upholstery as you can see, having a fabric cushion on a leather armchair is called having a "summer cushion" the idea being that leather isn't terribly nice to sit on in hot climates or in the summer
In terms of the condition the leather has been cleaned waxed and polished, the kilim hoovered, the piece will have some light age and use related patina marks here and there, mostly its in fine order throughout
