About the Item

Magnificent and very rare Art Deco Haagse School armchair. Design by Jacques Grubben. Striking Dutch design from the 1930s. Solid oak with original black lacquered details. Re-upholstered with cognac colored velvet. This wonderful piece of furniture was designed for the Venlo Auction in 1930. In very good condition with a beautiful patina.
