About the Item

Pair of Otto Zapf armchairs for Knoll International in cognac leather. Heli model released in 1981. Otto Zapf revisits the brown leather club chair with his touch of post-modern design: the shape, the different-shaped legs, we are definitely in 1981. The designer dares to use an asymmetrical base: a wooden strip for the front legs and a pair of curved round steel tube loops at the back. Stamped with the Knoll International mark under the seats, cushions, and frame of the armchair. Very comfortable with its generous shape and cushion. Overall, these armchairs are in good condition. The leather is still very supple, but there are scratches in several places. Leave the leather with its worn patina or have it reupholstered. The price is for the pair.
