A good looking well made and decorative pair with original giltwood finish and upholstery. They are based on early Louis XV examples but date to the late Victorian era
The gilding is aged and worn in places is the best possible way, that is to say it has a wonderful patina and no damage, it all adds to the antique look and feel of them, the upholstery is from Liberty's London and is a rich floral tapestry
