About the Item
Produced by the celebrated Rio de Janeiro workshop Decorações Fátima, this pair of armchairs reflects the refinement and balance that defined mid-century Brazilian design. The enveloping form, with its softly curved backrest and generous seat, conveys comfort and sophistication in equal measure. The exposed jacarandá structure emphasizes craftsmanship and proportion, anchoring the piece in the country’s modernist vocabulary—one that merged artisanal skill with architectural clarity.
