This iconic pair of Diana safari chairs was designed by Karin Mobring for IKEA and produced in Sweden during the 1970s. The chairs exemplify Scandinavian Mid-Century design with their honest construction, functional clarity, and relaxed elegance.
Constructed from solid pine, the frames are combined with original raw canvas sling seats and leather support straps, referencing classic safari furniture while maintaining a distinctly Nordic aesthetic. The low profile and open geometry provide both comfort and visual lightness.
