Impressive pair of French carved fauteuil armchairs made in the Louis XVI taste. The chairs feature elaborately hand carved frames with rope designs, rosettes, acanthus, and ribbon bow crests on top. Upholstered with a tapestry style fabric with pastel floral motifs. The padded arm height is 25 inches.
