About the Item

We are delighted to offer for sale this stunning fully restored pair of Dutch Mid-Century Modern, hand dyed rich cigar brown leather armchairs. An exceptionally good looking well-made and comfortable pair of armchairs, the leather is silky soft Dutch hide upholstery which has been washed back and hand dyed this glorious rich cigar brown colour which is exclusive to my leather polishers. The frame is solid hardwood, the seat platform is a elastic sprung which is one of the reasons its so comfortable, the chairs sit on chrome castors. Dimensions Height:- 77.5cm Width:- 88cm Depth:- 77cm Seat height:- 40cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point This item is available for collection from our Pulborough warehouses Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description pertaining to the condition. Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of creasing and wear, we recommend annual waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
