A very well made, decorative and extremely comfortable pair of armchairs, these are the quintessentially English Library suite, they are super popular and rare to find in this condition. The chairs have the fully coil sprung frames which was the most expensive way to make them, not only do they have coil sprung seat platforms, the backs and arm rests are also sprung
Condition wise, these have been fully restored, the old leather has been washed back, they have then been hand dyed six times, antiqued, sealed, waxed down and polished, the idea behind this type of restoration is to keep all the original patina, whilst making the chairs look fresh for the new owners

Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
