About the Item
Recent vintage upholstered fauteuil open-arm chairs in the Louis XV (or French Rococo) style c. 1990s. This style is defined by its elegant curved lines, particularly the cabriole legs and the scrolled arms and back frame. Carved wooden frame has been updated with an antiqued off-white finish and completely repadded and reupholstered in a blue and off-white herringbone tweed with navy double-welt trim. The perfect size to tuck into a corner, flank a sofa, a fireplace, entrance console or for use as small dining chairs.
