About the Item

The Seconda Armchair, designed by Swiss architect Mario Botta and crafted by Alias, is a bold icon of postmodern design. Launched in 1982, it showcases Botta’s architectural background through its striking geometric forms and innovative use of materials. The chair features a steel frame with a silver gray lacquer finish, paired with a distinctive polyurethane foam backrest and seat made of perforated steel. Its floating armrests add a dynamic, sculptural touch, making it as much an art piece as a functional chair. These chairs are in a nice state with some user marks and light scratches conform with their age.
