About the Item

We are delighted to offer for sale this stunning fully restore vintage circa 1970s hand dyed Whisky brown leather swivel armchair with castors which is part of a small suite. This chair is part of a set, I have this swivel armchair with castors and listed under my other items, the matching armchair without castors and with an ottoman, I have included a picture above so you can see what they look like together but as mentioned, this sale is for the one armchair alone, not the suite This is a super comfortable and very decorative armchair, it swivels as mentioned and has the period wheels, this is a longe armchair not an office desk chair. Condition wise the leather has been fully refurbished, it was washed back, hand dyed six times, antiqued, sealed, waxed down and polished, its in better than new condition. Dimensions Height:- 102cm Width:- 89cm Depth:- 106.5cm Seat height:- 60cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point, if you would like any additional or specific measurements please ask. Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
