A sculptural statement of rhythm and restraint. The Ripple Armchair reimagines classic Art Deco forms through a contemporary lens, uniting soft curvature with architectural precision.
The armchair rests on a bold fluted base — a continuous ripple carved in semi-gloss lacquer, giving the piece its name and sense of movement. The upper structure contrasts this solidity with gently rounded arms and tailored upholstery, outlined by fine piping that accentuates its silhouette.
Handcrafted in Portugal, the Ripple Armchair merges comfort with collectible artistry, bridging the worlds of interior architecture and sculpture. Available in custom lacquer tones and fabrics upon request.

The Ripple Collection explores the tension between fluidity and structure. Inspired by the natural rhythm of waves and carved geological formations, each piece is defined by a sculptural wooden base marked by undulating fluted carvings — a visual language that evokes movement captured in stillness.
The upholstery features clean, curved lines that soften the architectural weight of the wood, creating a balanced contrast between the organic and the constructed. Whether presented in monotone velvet or contrasted finishes, each design is meant to be viewed as both furniture and form — as comfortable to live with as it is compelling to observe.
This collection is an expression of Sidani Design’s vision: to blur the boundaries between collectible design and functional sculpture. Intended for interiors that value quiet power and subtle materiality, the Ripple Collection becomes the focal point not through ornament, but through presence.
