Safari lounge chair, leather, stained beech, metal, Europe, 1970s
Stunning safari lounge chair covered in original upholstery made of natural cognac brown leather. The chair shows very elegant and well-designed lines, in combination with carefully crafted wood joints. Equipped with elegant sculpted legs and backrest which can be tilted to optimize the seating comfort. The buckle and strap underneath the seat enrich the leather in a vigorous manner. This chair shows strong resemblances with the safari chair designed by Kaare Klint in 1933.
