The Safari armchair by N O C O D Studio revisits the stylistic codes of the light, collapsible colonial armchairs of the late 19th century, and twists them into a piece with a wild, animal allure. This piece is the
result of research work begun in 2014, focusing on material effects.
The Safari armchair is made up of a structure of interlocking US walnut uprights and crosspieces covered with over a hundred pieces of black leather sewn around a spine.
The Safari armchair by N O C O D Studio is complemented by a footrest.
