About the Item
We are delighted to offer for sale this set of six fully stamped, original Mart Stam 1-06G, Marcel Breuer S33 armchairs in brown leather circa 1980’s
I have another single of these listed under my other items exactly the same as this chair, I then have another set of six unbranded in black, again listed under my other items, lastly as very fine set of vintage aged tan leather Fassim chair, these last suite will be listed shortly
A lovely suite, these are some of the most famous and iconic chairs ever made, they have won awards, been exhibited in museums and so on, they are super comfortable and have a lovely flex to the frames
Condition wise we have deep cleaned hand condition waxed and hand polished the leather, they are all period correct with a vintage finish to the hide and frames, they have lots of nice good honest patina so if your looking for a brand new set this isn’t it. These scream art modern sophistication

Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of creasing and wear, we recommend annual waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
