About the Item

A superb Victorian deconstructed button back armchair of diminutive proportion’s with a rounded barrel back. Mahogany turned front legs and splayed back legs, all raised on original brass castors. The armchair has been fully restored and stripped back to the solid oak frame for upholstery with a new coil spring base, with hessian lining and calico coverings. The chair offers tremendous back support and its smaller size makes it perfect for a bedroom or snug. In fabulous condition to be left in its current clothes or ready for upholstery as desired.
