We are delighted to this absolutely sublime fully restored Boudreaux leather Chesterfield tufted library armchair with original porcelain castors This is one of the most comfortable armchairs I have ever sat it, it is a large persons chair, it has loads of room around the back and sides, a real library reading or take a NAP chair. Chesterfield tufted the back and arms with Thomas Chippendale floating buttons to the top of the arms, it has a walnut frame with turned feet finished with the original oversized porcelain castors This armchair is a real winner on so many levels, the colour is sublime, really first class, the comfortable is second to note and the style is to die for, this chair will look expensive and important in any setting It has been fully restored to include having the leather stripped back and hand dyed this Boudreaux reddish brown colour, the legs have been washed back stained and French polished. There will be some age and use related patina marks to the timber, otherwise its an exceptionally fine example Dimensions: Height 93cm Width 82.5cm Depth 99cm Seat height 36cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point This item is available for collection from our Wimbledon warehouses Condition: Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
