Pair of rare antique Swedish Biedermeier armchairs tub chairs with golden birch bentwood arms in a rich honey color French polish finish and with delicately curved legs, C. mid late 19th century.
The armchairs are structurally sound and in Good condition for their age.
The extra deep fully sprung seats on these armchairs make for a great sitting experience and is one reason why they are so sort after.
The design of the armchairs lends them to both modern and traditional interiors as the choice of fabric really changes the feel of them.
The Golden birch birch veneers are the highest grade and the chairs sport the original calico undercovers ready for you to add your chosen upholstery fabric when you reupholster on the chairs arrival at your location.
We can do this for you for an extra cost if you provide the fabric.
We will also repolish them too prior to shipping to bring out the lustre in the top grade golden birch veneers.
