Victorian Walnut Button-Back Armchair

A charming Victorian walnut armchair featuring an elegantly shaped frame, deep button-back upholstery and beautifully carved cabriole legs. The walnut shows a warm antique patina, and the chair retains excellent period character. There are historic signs of woodworm, but this has been fully treated and is no longer active. The upholstery is intact with no rips or tears, though the fabric shows age-related soiling and wear, so re-covering would enhance its overall presentation.
