Armchair designed by Färg & Blanche. Manufactured by BD Barcelona in Spain. The Couture Armchair is a fusion of artisanal and industrial techniques. The stitches represent a topographic map resulting in an organic pattern, simulating the growth in wood. The use of gradient colours for the wood, amplifies the effect of layers used and increases the sensation of unifying hard materials. The result is an armchair with strong personality which holds maximum evidence of artisanal processes. Materials and finishes: Seat structure in solid wood and upholstered. Backrest in varnished walnut or degraded birch made up of pieces sewn together with polyamide thread. Upholstered in BD’s different materials. Includes in swivel system.
