About the Item

19th century oak joint bench from England. The top is nicely grained and has a beveled edge, following down to an elegantly paneled apron. The bench is supported on hand turned and splayed legs, joined by simple stretchers. The bench has pegged construction and has a lovely warm patina that only comes from age and use.
