Antique bench, stool, England, Regency Revival This elegant bench, made in the Regency Revival style, is characterized by its curved legs and carved rope pattern along the seat frame. The design originally dates from the Regency era (ca. 1811-1820), but was revived in the 20th century. The padded seat is covered in a cream-colored fabric that gives the bench a touch of sophistication. This bench is ideal as a seat in a living room or bedroom, but can also be used as a decorative piece of furniture in an entrance area or hallway.
