Antique English Oak Bench Stool Farmhouse Table Trestle Jacobean 4 ft Seating c1890. Direct from England, a VERY long, 4 ft. antique English oak bench, excellent for use as seating with a kitchen table or as a slender sofa table, perhaps under a framed window - – anywhere you need a slender profile and extra length! The long, beveled edge bench top sits over a wide, grooved apron with scalloped edges. Thick, British turned legs are splayed to provide stability and support, along with a full length, wide plank trestle stretcher. Well built by craftsmen of the period, circa1890. Measurements: 22” ht. x 47.5” x 16”. Beveled edge top, 47.5” x 10” width. NOTE: All of our antiques are direct from Europe.
