About the Item

Antique Set of Trolley Car Bench Seat By Hale Kilburn Co. This antique railcar bench set is made by Hale Kilburn Co out of Philadelphia, PA. Hale Kilburn were the "king" of train car seating! These unique benches are in very good original condition. The frame and legs have been nicely finished in a distressed copper. The woven rattan cover spring cushion seat backs are original and 100% intact. These benches are made from top quality and sturdy materials. There's two awesome looking cast iron "BADGES" on each side of the back part of the bench, also two more down below on the outside side of the feet. This bench seat is adjustable. The top flips so you can sit and face either way. Also, it comes apart with the back sliding onto the rails and the seat portion sitting on four large pins. This fantastic classic American vintage piece is sure to heighten any decor. Circa Early 20th Century Dimensions H 39" W 40" D 25.5" SD 17" SH 20.5"
