ATELIER BB was founded by William Baetens and Isabelle Beaumont. The couple designs and produces their pieces in Antwerp, Belgium, where they both grew up. ATELIER BB’s contemporary designs are distinguished by their simplicity, quality and attention to detail. By using only sustainable materials, they develop pieces that will stand the test of time. The collection consists of Mortex® side, coffee and dining tables, supplemented with seating elements. The traditional process used to apply this natural plaster ensures that each piece exudes uniqueness and character. ATELIER BB also offers custom work. Our mission, "Shaping spaces, creating moments". Life gets so busy that we sometimes forget to enjoy the journey itself. In the end it’s the moments we share with our loved ones that we cherish the most. It is important to consciously reflect on these moments because they quickly fade into our daily routine. We have made it our mission to shape these moments with designs that last a lifetime. With the organic shapes and natural look, we create the required peace and space for intimacy. Isabelle Beaumont grew up in a family of artists. From childhood she attended after-school art academy and in high school she chose KSO (Art Secondary Education). She left secondary school with a diploma in Architectural Design, followed by a Master's degree in Interior Architecture at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp, supplemented by electives in furniture design and ecological design.
