This striking antique Alpine bench was crafted in the Black Forest tradition, likely in Austria’s Tyrolean region, circa 1930–1950. Sculptural in form, the bench is constructed from naturally shed deer antlers, meticulously hand-assembled into an expressive base of intertwined tines. The organic composition is both visually dynamic and structurally sound, exemplifying the artisanal craftsmanship associated with Austro-German hunting-lodge furnishings.
The rectangular seat is upholstered in richly patinated brown leather, finished with original decorative nailhead trim along the perimeter.
