About the Item

M. Stalker Long Studio bench from shipwreck wood and chain, 1863-1886 Studio piece crafted from the main ship haul of the M. Stalker, a Great Lakes 1863 Civil War period wood schooner that sank in 1914. This piece has a beautiful luster all of its own caused not only by the years under water but by the type of wood and what it laid next to. Documentation follows the piece.
