About the Item

Neo-Gothic cast iron garden bench attributed to the English Coalbrookdale foundry. The backrest is decorated with Gothic tracings centered by quatrefoil motifs. The curved armrests contain demilune motifs. The seat is pierced with a honeycomb motif, and the apron or frieze is decorated with a tracing motif. England, XIXth c.
