About the Item

Swedish orangery bench in birch, crafted to imitate bamboo (faux bamboo). The back panel is decorated with flowers and foliage motifs, and the seat retains a beautifully patinated wooden panel. All end sections are decoratively finished and fitted with brass caps. A charming and decorative bench that presents in original condition with a natural, age-related patina. Sweden, c. 1900–1920.
