Gorgeous pair of late 19th century country French provincial farmhouse bench seats crafted from fruitwood. These harvest benches feature a 1.5-inch thick plank seat measuring 6 inches wide. Constructed with exposed mortise and tenon joinery and supported by turned legs that are canted or splayed giving the benches a classic farmhouse profile. The fruitwood has a beautifully aged and warm patina on the finish with rustic knots in the rich woodgrain and prior insect holes that add to its charm and character.
