Impressive scale. c. 1920, attributed to Edward F. Caldwell Co., New York, in the Empire taste, with rectangular button tufted red leather seat, molded seat rail with bronze rosettes, on bold animal paw feet, unmarked, 23"h x 80"w x 42"d. Sold Christies , London .October 1st 2003.
