About the Item

Swedish 19th century painted pine kitchen bench circa 1880. Here we have a rustic Swedish bench with traces of original paint. Long seat with apron to the front edge, supported by a pair of trestle type legs, good for providing seating for 4 people.  You will notice that there is a larger over hang on one end, this has been kept in place to maintain it's originality. Strong and sturdy and ready for everyday use.  Obvious losses and fading to paintwork, surface marks.
