About the Item

A traditional pine settle bench made at the turn of the century. Rectangular panels, clean lines, and gracious curves give this piece a fresh contemporary feel. The settle was often placed near the hearth, with the paneled back protecting the sitter from the cold, damp walls of old brick houses.
