This is a vintage box vault. An English, beech and suede gymnastic apparatus, dating to the mid 20th century, circa 1960.
Fine quality, youth-sized vintage vault
Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order
Beech frame presents fine grain interest and golden caramel hues
Substantial suede leather pad in very good order and of fine quality
Five section vault, each nesting together or to stack individually
Functional at heights of 24.5cm, 43cm, 62cm, 80.5cm and 99cm respectively
Maker's label to one end for Spencers of Enfield, with British Standards certification for 1892-1957
Suitable for use as seating, or as a display item in a shop retail setting
This is a quality vintage box vault, presented in fine order and as useful today as it was 60 years ago. Solid joints and construction, delivered waxed, polished and ready to enjoy or display.
