Exuding the refined elegance of 18th-century France, this monumental vintage bench is a stunning example of the Louis XVI Neoclassical style. The extra-long, six-legged frame is masterfully hand-carved from wood with a luminous gilt finish. Classic details abound, from the elegant, tapered and fluted legs to the beautifully carved guilloche pattern that adorns the apron. Its impressive scale and sophisticated form make it an incredibly versatile statement piece, perfect for bringing architectural interest to a grand entryway, hallway, or placed at the foot of a king-sized bed. Measuring a remarkable 72 inches in length, 14 inches deep, and 17 inches high, this bench provides generous seating.
