About the Item

This handsome chair dates approximately to the 1940s. It has French styling but I believe it to be American. The ebonized details with the wonderfully patinated ochre backdrop just exude elegance. The garnet leather does show wear, and the back is a subtle plaid fabric. It is unmarked. My shipping is running two to five weeks, and it is for the Continental US only. For islands such as Nantucket, we only take the piece as far as a receiving facility in Hyannis.
