About the Item
A very fine and colorful pair of Custom Bergeres with good size, handsome frames and exceptional color. The Tan painted frames with intentional distressing and fine floral carved details with arm manchettes, and the bright silk type fabric in a yellow and white stripe with delightful twining flowers. Very good condition with a few finish losses to the frame which do not detract from the light and colorful presentation.
Dimensions: 29.5” wide by 28” deep by 40” high. Seat height is 20.5” and the arm height is 26.25” high.
Condition: Please see detail photos. Various signs of age include a chip to wood on left arm and although the Finnish is intentionally distressed there are some sporadic nicks and scratches mentioned for accuracy as the presentation is exceptionally colorful and stylish.
