About the Item

Beautiful pair of French Bergere chairs with lovely carvings throughout, each topped with rose carving, complete intact tack upholstery of soft sage green fabric that I believe to be original, the strap construction is supportive with original cotton and horsehair filling making them a firm formal seat. I believe these are from France but cannot substantiate this without internal inspection, therefore listed as American.
