About the Item

Late 19th-early 20th century French bergere arm chair. Nice, warm walnut. Nicely shaped back following the shape of the front. Well molded throughout with carved scrolled details on the arms; modified scallop shell carving surmounts the cabriole front legs ending in escargot feet. In as found upholstery with some light staining and fading commensurate with use. 27.5" w., 27" d., 34.75" h.
