Pair of Directoire Style Louis XVI bergere armchairs with a painted whitewashed wood frame. Classic Louis XVI style with Neoclassical carved urns on the crest, rosette decoration, foliate carvings on the legs, and reeded legs ending in toupie feet. Newly upholstered in a beige performance linen blend fabric that holds its shape, with matching gimp braid. Overstuffed cushion and high back make this a very comfortable, elegant seating option for the living room or bedroom. Elegant smaller size for an apartment or bedroom.
