About the Item
Pair of fine Hickory Chair bergere armchairs covered in multi-color plaid silk fabric. The chairs having covered manchettes, upholstered side panels flanking a complementary striped back with a center stretcher above a covered panel. The armchairs with fluted and scrolling armrests, carved floral medallions, feather filled or feather blended seat and resting on fluted and tapering legs.
Dimensions: 27" W, 29" D, 37" H and 20" seat height.
Condition: Please see detail photos. Various signs of age include frame nicks and a chip (Shown in photos) mentioned for accuracy as the chairs present in a fine French manner.
