Elegant Biedermeier side chair, South German/Austrian origin, circa 1830. The frame is crafted from solid birchwood with warm honey patina, featuring gently curved legs and a shaped backrest with a carved central motif. The seat has been newly upholstered with a striking deep blue neoclassical fabric depicting urn and laurel wreath motifs, adding a refined contrast to the light wood. The chair has been carefully restored and hand-polished, preserving its historical charm while making it ready for contemporary use.
