The chair shows through tenon construction of each arm, as pictured (99% you see on line are not with real thru tenon construction just fake to fool the buyer). PLEASE NOTE: We dealing with PERIOD Stickley furniture made by Stickley from the EARLY 1900s. We do NOT deal with reproduction called STICKLEY AUD which made in the last 30-40 yrs and has nothing to do with Stickley. Lately we see lots of reproduction furniture so called " Stickley AU" with high price tag to make the buyer think they buying STICKLEY made by GUSTAV STICKLEY or other Stickley's. brothers. On the listing of 1st Dibs, a seller offer a Morris chair with foot stool and they called it as Gustav Stickley which is made 10-20 yrs ago by Warren Hill. the seller tell you later this chair made by Warren HILL for $800 which is the correct Value. we do not want to be the police around but will let the public the real .... Also you can see another seller list a two door bookcase on Dibs and he called it a GUSTAV Stickley, you can see on the front the pull hardware is fake poor quality metal pull made by Lifetime and also they tell you the bookcase is by "CRAFTSMAN" which is the Trade Mark of GUSAV in 1900. WHEN WE STATE: made BY Gustav Stickley OR TELLING you " WITH ORIGINAL FINISH" YOU ARE GETTING the exact item, The REAL STICKLEY furniture are collectable and many sold for high prices and some for over a Million $ but need to be WITH ORIGINAL FINISH, NO REPAIRS and no replace parts. We see people listing "Stickley SCHOOL" "Stickley look alike" to confuse the buyers. we can list on Dibs book case for $500 or less but we do not to list fake furniture. NO ONE offer you the quality and section in the USA, we have OVER 4000 pcs of PERIOD Stickley items In the early 1970s a man buy the name Audi purchased the BRAND NAME L&jG STICKLEY from LEO STICKLEY widow before the past and by the low can use the name STICKLEY AU but its just in Stickley design with NO thru tenons construction, just with glue. WE MAY PURCHASED THE SAME MODEL AS THIS G. STICLEY MORRISE CHAIR AND SINCE ITS REFINISHED WE MAT BE ABLE TO PAY ONE HALF IN PRICE AND OFFER ON DIBS FOR VERY LOW PRICE. Delivery cost will be $425. to the lower 48 states to YOUR home. we have another way to ship for lower shipping cost, you may email us for detail.
