About the Item
Unusual Swedish folk art chair. Rustic and made by hand in solid pine, around the mid 1800s in northern Sweden. The chair has never been painted but is covered in 19th century grafitti which has been carved into the wood; names, initials and the likes. Small loss of material at the top of the backrest, otherwise healthy and stable.
