About the Item
The Bavarian Chair
Designed and produced in Leipzig, Germany.
The idea with this chair is to rethink an old traditional bavarian tavern chair. Therefore the old legs are removed and the seating is sanded, stained black and waxed three times. Underneath the seating a 8mm metall board is installed. To this metall board 12 metall bars, from a graphic cabinet, are welded, building the new base of the chair. The metall bars are left in its original color (grey) and condition. At their ends, 11 green and one black wooden (beech) balls are glued. The original condition of the balls are also preserved which means paint chippings are wanted!
