About the Item
Swedish Biedermeier Empire pair of antique carver chairs in highest grade quilted golden birch veneers finished in a darker oak color French polish finish with rounded arms.
They have fully webbed seats for maximum comfort and the gently curved front sabre legs are topped with unusual rounded arms with a lower orb embellishment .
The seat backs are the classic napoleon hat shape with the classic roundel back panels shape and show off the grain of the carver chairs really well.
The images shown show the chairs before they are repolished so they will acquire a deeper lustre when fully repolished which may change the colour slightly. The images are taken in studio lighting and the colour is indicative only as the french polish finish will show slightly different colours depending on the lighting you set it in due to the reflective quality of the french polish.
They will ship in the original fabric which should probably be changed on arrival as it is marked in places and so is ready for you to choose your final fabric on arrival. We can reupholster in your supplied fabric for an extra charge.
The carver chairs will also be repolished before shipping. This will take approximate 2-3 weeks.
