Elegant single Biedermeier shovel chair in walnut from Austria around 1820.Walnut veneered and solid walnut. Strongly curved back board.Tapered square legs, straight at the front, curved at the back. Intermediate bar made of oval solid walnut rod.Restored and hand-polished with shellac.The seat cushion is removable. We have left the old, well-preserved black leather. On request, we can also reupholster it for you with a fabric of your choice. Dimensions:H 86 cm x W 47 cm x D 48.5 cm x seat H 48 cmH 33,8 x W 18,5“ x D 19“ x seat H 18,9“
